As a family-run business, founded and operated by husband-and-wife team Greg and Ruth O’Sullivan, we have built our reputation on a simple principle: treat every customer the way we would want our own family to be treated. Greg previously led customer service operations across Europe for some of the world’s most prestigious appliance brands, while Ruth built her career in the premium skincare industry and aboard the QE2. Together, they bring more than 50 years of customer service experience to every client relationship.
Every cleaner is personally interviewed by us in their own home, following the completion of two reference checks, and all cleaners are DBS checked. We then carefully match cleaners and customers to encourage long-term relationships, continuity, and trust. The result is a service that not only keeps homes looking their best but also provides peace of mind.
Having successfully served households across Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding area for more than five years, we are delighted to be bringing our award-winning service to Brentwood, Billericay, Ingatestone, Hutton, Ongar and the surrounding communities. Our commitment to service excellence was recognised last year when we were honoured with a local Hertfordshire business award, reflecting the trust our customers place in us every day.
