A payment link will be emailed to you via our accounts department. Click on the link and it will take you through simple steps to register your payment details.

Yes,  Payments can be made on your credit card via Stripe or by direct debit via GoCardless.
An option to pay all at once is also available.

Payments are processed around the 11th of each month, prior to the issue coming out. If you are setting up payment for the 1st time and you click the link after the 11th, it will be processed straight away.

No, payments are automated once they been set up, so customers don’t have to remember to pay each month, and they stop as soon as the booking finishes. Payments cannot be taken unless there’s a booking on the system.

All payments are processed using our online payment system, which does not facilitate phone or bank transfer payments.

Yes, we send invoices via email or you can request it via post if required.
