Get Fit For Winter

Looking forward to the party season?  We know we are.  But, after putting on a few pounds over the summer holidays, September is a great time to start getting into shape before the Christmas festivities begin.  A little black dress can hide many sins, but how great would it feel to feel fabulous in your best dress, and to tuck into your Christmas dinner with confidence.

Intense and fast paced, but a great way to improve muscle strength and burn calories, aerobics offers a fun type of class for everyone.

Basic fitness classes for health are suitable for those that have mobility or medical problems.  Gentle but effective exercises to help build strength balance and flexibility for people who walk with an aid or have medical issues. These kind of classes can also be good for older people just looking to keep in shape.
